The vertical small tank is a common intermediate buffer storage equipment in chemical process systems. The body is made by rolling and welding metal sheets and is equipped with stable support posts; a hatch is provided on the side surface of the body to facilitate internal inspection, cleaning and anti-corrosion maintenance; On the upper and lower bottoms there are several groups of process pipes for supplying material, removing material, releasing air and installing instrumentation.

Depending on the characteristics of the material, it is possible to use stainless steel or carbon steel with an internal anti-corrosion lining; the volume and location of the pipes support non-standard settings; pressure and tightness characteristics are reliable. It is mainly used on production lines of the fine chemical and coal chemical industries for temporary storage and buffering of various types of raw materials, auxiliary reagents and intermediate materials, stabilizes the supply conditions for subsequent stages, often used in conjunction with transfer pumps, filters and reaction boilers, forming a complete continuous dosing system.
