The WH series mesh conveyor drying ovens produced by our company are designed and manufactured taking into account the advanced technologies of domestic and foreign manufacturers, as well as based on many years of practical experience and research. Taking into account the technological requirements, the equipment is carefully designed and manufactured, and its configuration is carried out in accordance with the characteristics of the products and the actual conditions at the production site.

The equipment is designed for drying materials and is widely used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Drying cabinets are characterized by a high degree of automation, low energy consumption, favorable operating conditions and long continuous operation time. Currently, the equipment is especially widely used in the aminoplastics industry.

Amino plastic production line

Amino resins include three main categories: urea-formaldehyde electrical powder (UF/A1), melamine powder (MF/A5) and tableware finishing powder. Complete production lines are equipped with the entire technological cycle: resin synthesis → dosing and mixing → drying → crushing and grinding → sifting and dust removal → packaging of finished products. Standardized series with a capacity of 10/20/30 tons per day are offered, as well as individual non-standard design for an annual capacity of 3000–10000 tons.
